New Law Allows for Expungement of Terminated Protective Orders
Indiana has expanded its expungement law to allow for expungement of protective and no contact order records in certain instances. Courts Can Stay OWI Suspension at Initial Hearing
Indiana’s specialized driving law was amended to allow courts to stay an OWI license suspension at the initial hearing.
