Become the Face of a Tech-Forward Firm
As a Client Liaison at Gibson Law, you will be instrumental in driving our client engagement through inbound sales and tailored marketing campaigns. You will utilize your exceptional phone skills and CRM expertise to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction. This role combines elements of e-filing and document management with advanced sales and marketing strategies, making it ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and sales-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients. Manage inquiries and concerns via our multi-line phone system with professionalism, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and effectively.
- Inbound Sales and CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions, follow-ups, and sales. Drive email marketing campaigns and develop marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Document Preparation and E-Filing: Assist in preparing legal documents and manage the e-filing process as needed, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive and organized client records within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance our marketing and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Required: Experience in customer relationship management (CRM), preferably with HubSpot.
- Desirable: Background in sales, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in managing email marketing campaigns and inbound sales initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and proficiency in managing client communications.
