Your primary responsibilities will be ensuring a smooth flow of communication while simultaneously handling essential paralegal tasks. Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Answer a multi-line phone system, ensuring client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  2. Document Preparation: Draft, review, and prepare various legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Indiana's legal standards.
  3. E-Filing: Efficiently e-file documents with the appropriate legal entities, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to specific procedural requirements.
  4. Coordination: Work closely with attorneys to ensure that client needs are met, facilitating any necessary meetings or exchanges of information.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring data confidentiality and accessibility for authorized personnel.
