Megan Bolt, Attorney
Attorney Megan Bolt defends clients charged in felony and misdemeanor cases, including operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, public intoxication, shoplifting, theft, and habitual traffic offenders. Megan has worked on all sides of the criminal justice system, offering unique insight into the issues of each case. Prior to joining Gibson Law Office, Megan worked at the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office, a criminal defense firm in Noblesville, and was a judicial law clerk for a major felony judge in Hamilton County. Megan also gained significant criminal defense experience representing clients at the Marion County Public Defender’s Office. 

Megan Bolt’s practice also includes representing college students in university disciplinary hearings, including student conduct conferences, Title IX cases, residence hall meetings, and Community Standards Board hearings at Purdue University. She understands the complexity of representing students in disciplinary actions while criminal charges are pending.
